Recommandations

• Before use, wash carefully the needle and the aspiration line with an appropriate sterile culture medium
• Connect a first Falcon-type sterile tube to the stopper (to be replaced when needed during the procedure)
• Proceed to the ovum aspiration under controlled pressure
• Rinse out carefully once the aspiration is ended (oocytes, if present, will be collected from the needle and theaspiration line)

The puncture set with tap allows you to alternate between suction and rinsing the follicle.
