Cross the cervical canal up until the internal orifice<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Withdraw the mandrel<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Insert the transfer catheter into the guiding catheter and push it up until the first centimetric graduation reachesthe guiding catheter entrance.
